About the Company
We are a leading food manufacturing company producing high-quality bakery products. Our production team is growing, and we are currently hiring reliable Machine Operators for our night shift to support continuous operations in a clean and safe environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operation
- Set up, adjust, and maintain machines according to production requirements
- Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure consistency and compliance with food safety standards
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety procedures
- Complete production and maintenance logs as required
- Communicate equipment issues or downtime to supervisors promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in a food manufacturing environment
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow standard operating procedures
- Comfortable working night shifts (11 PM – 7 AM, Sunday to Thursday)
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
