**What We're Looking For:**

We are searching for motivated individuals who are excited to contribute to our dynamic team. Your primary role will involve assembling conveyors, maintaining a clean and organized shop, and assisting with general duties as needed.

**Qualities You'll Bring to the Team:**

  • A passion for continuous improvement and solving common problems

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.

  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

  • A positive, team-oriented attitude.

**Skills & Experience That Are a Plus:**

  • Prior experience in assembly and using hand tools (e.g., grinders, drills, wrenches).

  • Comfortable working with computers (familiarity with Fusion 360 is an asset).

  • Experience with welding, plasma cutting, waterjet operation, band saws, brake presses, CNC, and other fabrication equipment is a strong asset.
