The ideal candidate is recognized for their dynamism and ability to develop and maintain business relationships. He is proactive and enjoys traveling across British Columbia.

Your future role

Sales and representation :

· Participate and represent the company in all the sales and representative activities in British Columbia ;

· Follow and promote company values ;

· Participate in industry association annual conferences where and when applicable ;

· Participate in various consumer trade shows ;

· Develop sales strategies with real estate developers for current and future subdivisions ;

· Promote Bionest's technology amongst all partners including municipal council, inspectors as well as precaster, installers, consulting firms and chief building officials ;

· Build relationship with our precast partners, meet with them on a regular basis ;

· Attend industry association regional meetings ;

· Support client, consulting firms and government bodies through the sales cycle upon request ;

· Maintain the CRM and train the partners on the platform ;

· Attend sales meetings in person or via teams ;

· Provide active support and hold Bionest seminars and information sessions for field partners ;

· Participate in comparative analysis of industry and geographic market conditions ;

· Participate in establishing the annual sales budget and objectives ;

· Participate in budget follow-up and sales forecast during the year ;

· Identify new potential strategic partners (if applicable) ;

· Assist in making bid/no bid decisions upon request ;

· Present proposal to customer and negotiate upon request ;

· Review and validate all warranties and service invoices ;

· Review assemblers inventory ;

· Conclude the sales ;

· Any other tasks related to the role.

Certification :

· Keep abreast with the regulations and keep Bionest informed on any new and/or changes in the legislation ;

· Participate when and where relevant on legislation committees ;

Technical :

· Provide on the job training to contractors to achieve installations according to Bionest standards and assist said contractors with proper filling of required documentation ;

· Maintain records of installers performance and follow-up on a regular basis to provide updates on product improvements and related Bionest notices ;

· Recommend changes in products, services by evaluating results and competitive developments in coordination with engineering and application team at the head office ;

· Provide regular updates and training on assembly procedures ;

· Continue to provide assistance with extranet improvements and ensure our partners are well versed in its importance ;

· Provide technical support on the technology and product designs to all partners.
