Reports to: Vice President of North American Sales
This job description reflects a general assignment of essential functions; it does not include or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.
: A motivated self-starter that works remotely with a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative and be proactive and is customer service oriented and is responsible for promoting and selling Nox-Crete products to meet the established sales quotas, through product demonstrations and training at customer sites, while working to develop ongoing, profitable relationships with customers and distributor channel partners while continually maintaining a professional image of the company with exceptional integrity, passion, and in-person communication skills essential to maintain frequent contact with distributors, contractors, applicators, architects, engineers and owners.

- Increasing revenue through direct contact with end use customers, project related efforts and continued distribution partner growth.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate your efforts with the market segment managers, the Nox-Crete sales and customer support team and your supervisor.
- Work closely with the internal Nox-Crete team to provide feedback and achieve sales objectives.
- Manages and maintains the company Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce) database to successfully record all business-related activities including but not limited to all contact with customers, customer contact information, sales progress, feedback from customers and achievements.
- Proactively track targeted construction projects using lead source information and proved assistance in obtaining product specifications through architects, engineers and owners.
- Perform professional presentations or demonstrations of company products while on-site and prepares comparative sales documents that show customer savings and quality improvements.
- Builds and maintains relationships with distribution partners, new and existing end use customers.
- Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue, by cold-calling if necessary.
- Actively manage work schedule to adequately cover assigned territory in a time-efficient manner.
- Maintain complete and accurate records, including documentation of all sales contacts, event recaps in salesforce, expense reimbursement forms and other documentation.
- Conduct product training and provide technical support for distributors, dealers and contractors.
- Document customer appointments in Salesforce and (in the event recap) provide clear, consistent communication on key issues impacting business results.
- Aggressively pursue all opportunities within the region and address all problems in a timely manner.
- Seeks out and wins new customer (end user) business by conducting a minimum of three onsite product demonstrations per month.
- Recommends new sales strategies to meet changing goals and objectives.
