**Position**:Sales Manager

**Location**:Ontario - West

**Reports to**: Senior Sales Manager

**Purpose**: The Sales Manager is responsible for the overall management and day to day sales operation of their region. This includes leading the sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, assigning sales territories and building the team. The positions key areas of focus will include creating the best customer experience through the in-home sales process. Building strong relationships with their team, clients and ensuring excellent customer service is the foremost priority for themselves and all those who report to them.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Sales Team**:

- Lead the sales team in line with the company vision and the EOS model
- Provide Field Sales Representatives with measure and software training
- Work with the Field Sales Representatives to ensure that they are providing an exceptional In-home measure and sales experience
- Monitor quality and accuracy of the measure and sales process
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Work-with Field Sales Representatives to monitor performance and capabilities
- Provide pricing updates and communication flow to the Field Sales Representatives
- Maintain recruitment requirements in you region to meet capacity demands
- Implement productivity and quality standards, including routine reviews with your Field Sale Representatives in your region.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all tasks for the Fields Sales Representatives sales within your region.
- Accountable for regional performance related to capacity, conversion and service level requirements outlined by our clients.
- Accountable for the financial performance of your region including gross profit and contribution margin.
- Communicate regularly with the Senior Sales Manager on pertinent issues and regional performances.

**Customer Service**:

- Accountable for achieving VOC metrics and displaying strong leadership supporting a culture of “we strive for 5” with every customer interaction.
- Coordinate and lead structured store visits and training events for Home Depot staff / Associates.
- Provide Field Sales Representatives with information flow to be able coordinate and lead structured store visits with Home Depot Associates.
- Negotiate solutions with customers while ensuring cost control is managed within company guidelines.

**Leadership**:

- Lead, motivate and drive excitement to achieve performance results throughout the Field Sales Team
- Provide recommendations and solutions to improve the sales department success and efficiencies to senior Sales Manager
- Lead weekly L10 meetings with each member of your sales team.
- Demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm to quality and exceeding customer expectations.
- Developing your sales team through motivation and In-home sales service education.
- Ensure the Right People are in the Right Seats through recruitment and quarterly evaluations.
- Monitor and review your team’s activities to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance to process.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant post-secondary education and or relevant 5+ years’ sales experience.
- Demonstrate previous role in leadership.
- Excel at leading teams and delivery corporate direction across multiple locations.
- Possess strong communication skills, verbal, and written.
- Work well under pressure with limited supervision.
- Ensues confidence and is able to speak in front of an audience.
- Travel as required to develop and maintain team performance
