Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Toronto, ON. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone calls, managing communication, assisting executives, and performing clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Executive Administrative Assistance experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Yardi knowledge is an asset.
