Responsibilities Manage and organize office operations and procedures. Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper documentation. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations. Provide general support to visitors and enhance the company's image. Perform data entry tasks and maintain database integrity. Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
