Our client is looking for an experienced Administrative Support Professional to work in their busy, fast paced environment. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the team with advanced Excel reporting, high level PowerPoint presentation creation, filings and more. Please note this is an interim temporary opportunity that starts immediately on a week-to-week basis to support during the busy season.
Some of the responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant job opening in Toronto, ON may include but are not limited to:
- Provide various administrative support functions for a busy, dynamic team
- Spreadsheet and reporting in MS Excel with advanced functions; number-centric
- Professional presentation creation in PowerPoint from start to finish
- Report and document creation utilizing MS Office programs
- Database updating and documenting; filling and other related tasks
- Provide phone support; liaise with internal teams, vendors and clients in a professional presentation
- Be the back-up for the front-desk receptionist as needed
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned
To be considered for the Administrative Assistant job opening in Toronto, ON, the selected incumbent will meet the following minimum criteria:
- 2+ year of direct Administrative Assistant experience
- Advanced and proven user of Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible, team player with a can-do attitude; takes initiative
- Strong prioritization, ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple demands while being able to adjust to changing priorities
- Attentive decision making and problem-solving skills
