Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Chai Pani recipes, quality standards, and portion sizes
  • Ensure all dishes are presented in an appealing and consistent manner
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
  • Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating stock and supplies
  • Support the team during busy service periods with speed, accuracy, and teamwork
  • Perform opening, closing, and cleaning duties as required

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role (experience with Indian cuisine is an asset, but not required – training provided)
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
