Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards
  • Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including sanitizing workstations and equipment
  • Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of food products
  • Serve dishes promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal service during busy hours
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management

Experience

  • Prior experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety practices
  • Familiarity with food handling regulations and food safety standards
  • Experience in meal preparation, food industry operations, or related roles is advantageous
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
