We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative – Northern Alberta to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges, and driving business growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, wholesalers, and key decision makers.
  • Promote and sell Pro West Sales' portfolio of products within your Northern Alberta Territory.
  • Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and site visits.
  • Identify opportunities to expand market share.
  • Support customers with technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with our inside sales and support teams to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Participate in industry events

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical industries (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel within the territory and manage your schedule effectively.
  • Technical aptitude and a passion for representing innovative solutions.
  • Ideally, residing in Edmonton AB.

Qualifications:

· Prior sales experience required, outside sales preferred

· Ability to travel to current and potential clients and suppliers

· Ability to work flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel

· Ability for potential cross boarder travel for training and industry events

· Excellent sales and negotiation skills

· Ability to develop and deliver presentations

· Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills

· Valid driver's license
