We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative – Northern Alberta to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges, and driving business growth.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, wholesalers, and key decision makers.
- Promote and sell Pro West Sales' portfolio of products within your Northern Alberta Territory.
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and site visits.
- Identify opportunities to expand market share.
- Support customers with technical expertise.
- Collaborate with our inside sales and support teams to deliver excellent customer service.
- Participate in industry events
What We're Looking For:
- Proven sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical industries (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel within the territory and manage your schedule effectively.
- Technical aptitude and a passion for representing innovative solutions.
- Ideally, residing in Edmonton AB.

Qualifications:
· Prior sales experience required, outside sales preferred
· Ability to travel to current and potential clients and suppliers
· Ability to work flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel
· Ability for potential cross boarder travel for training and industry events
· Excellent sales and negotiation skills
· Ability to develop and deliver presentations
· Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
· Valid driver's license
