What you'll be doing:

  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer, including calendar management, travel coordination, and report preparation.

  • Support the Director of Logistics, Director of Sustainability, and Directors of Operations for North & South regions with ongoing projects and initiatives.

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of key operational initiatives.

  • Act as the first point of contact at the Calgary Impact Centre, greeting visitors, managing calls, and maintaining a professional reception area.

  • Handle internal and external inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.

  • Maintain office supplies, support facility tours, and ensure proper use of PPE for guests.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external audiences.

  • Support the administration of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal audits, and compliance documentation.

  • Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement within operations.

  • Uphold Goodwill's values through professionalism, collaboration, and mission-driven service.

What you bring to the table:

  • Diploma or degree in Business or Office Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in an administrative, retail, or customer service role.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general reporting tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional, approachable, and adaptable with a strong work ethic.

  • Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving ability, and sound judgment.

  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
