Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Mississauga, ON. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, data entry and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality service and customer retention.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in logistics or transportation industry
