Job Summary

Join our team as a Tractor Operator specializing in snow removal. Your expertise will help ensure safe, accessible, and well-maintained environments during the winter months. This position requires strong attention to detail, safe operating habits, and reliability during early-morning or overnight snow events.

Duties

  • Operate tractors equipped with snow plows, blowers, and other attachments to clear snow from parking lots, driveways, and pathways efficiently.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on tractors and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed, equipment inspections, and safety checks.
  • Follow safety protocols diligently during all operations to prevent accidents or equipment damage.
  • Collaborate with team members during operations

What we're looking for

  • Experience operating tractors, loaders, or similar machinery (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in Snow removal
  • Valid Full Driver's license
  • Flexible Work Schedule
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork skills combined with proactive communication to coordinate effectively
