Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tractor Driver to join our snow removal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating across various routes. This role requires a strong understanding of snow removal services , heavy equipment operation, and the ability to perform basic automotive repairs as needed. The successful applicant will demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to safety while delivering exceptional service.

Duties

  • Operate tractor to provide snow removal to designated locations in a timely manner.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Attention to detail to provide high quality of service.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that occur during transport.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding route changes or delays.
  • Operate at all hours of the day/night

  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices.

Requirements

  • Previous farm tractor or heavy equipment experience (not mandatory but preference giving first)
  • Able to work long hours
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive repair techniques is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal

Pay: $24.00-$38.00 per hour
