Role Description
This is a full-time position for an Executive Assistant located in Ottawa, ON. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, and offering executive support. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, preparing documents, and maintaining records. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
- Experience with managing emails, booking meetings, setting agendas, and follow-ups
- Proficiency in providing Executive Support
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Google, and a bonus for QuickBooks
Salary
- $ $30.00/hour based on experience
