Full-Time Position

Arvanitis & Associates is a well-established, modern dental practice known for exceptional patient care, advanced clinical dentistry, and a supportive, collaborative team environment. We are seeking a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA Level II) who is reliable, compassionate, and motivated to grow within a high-performing practice.

  • A great communicator who can support both patients and clinical providers

Responsibilities

  • Chairside assisting for general dentistry, prosthodontics, and surgical procedures
  • Sterilization and instrument processing following IPAC standards
  • Taking digital X-rays and intraoral scans (training provided if needed)
  • Preparing operatories and maintaining clinical flow
  • Supporting patient education, post-op instructions, and follow-up
  • Assisting with lab work and clinical documentation
  • Collaborating closely with dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff

Qualifications

  • Certified Dental Assistant Level II (HARP certified)
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Experience with digital workflows (preferred but not required)
  • A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
