Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the front desk calendar efficiently.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
  • Assist with administrative and clerical duties, including filing documents and managing office supplies.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing.
  • Provide support for dental reception tasks as needed, including patient check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for clients.

Experience

  • Previous experience of atleast 2 years as a receptionist in a dental office is required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in office software applications and data entry systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
