As a hotel Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression of our hotel and delivering a memorable guest experience.

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Guest Services Agent/Night Auditor, you'll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights, and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You'll also create a warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.

Job Details:

  • Overseeing the front desk & providing excellent customer service to our guests.
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve guest issues and escalate to management when necessary.
  • Handle guest reservations over the phone, email, and in person.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of reservations.
  • This position may require working evenings, weekends, holidays, and on a rotating schedule.
  • The role may involve standing for extended periods.
