Family Medicine Clinic, open Monday to Saturday, is searching for two Medical Receptionists.

If you have experience on Health Care and you are looking for a stable, long-term job and you are willing to perform with positivity, reliability and professionalism, you might be the candidate we are looking for

The main activities at this job are:

  • Answering telephone calls and taking accurate messages for Management and Doctors
  • Provide a high level of customer service and resolve queries over the telephone, email and at the front desk
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Process payments and create invoices
  • Performs clerical, administrative and reception tasks such as data entry (with a high level of accuracy), scanning, copying, filling.
  • Ensuring rooms are prepared for patients before appointments and cleaned afterwards
  • Completed opening and closing checklist of the clinic to ensure proper procedures were followed.

Previous work experience in a Family Medicine Clinic is appreciated, as well as knowledge of the healthcare system in Ontario.

You must be fluent in English and proficient with Office, the Internet and Email.

Fluency in Mandarin is highly appreciated for at least one of the positions.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
