Wellness Studio Sales & Experience Manager

Location:

Compensation:
 $18.50 per hour plus commission

Hours Required:
Approx. 25 hours, Weekdays, Weeknights and Weekends

We're looking for a 
Sales Associate
 who understands how to sell
premium experiences
—someone with the mindset of high-end hospitality, the drive of a top performer, and the passion to build a thriving, engaged community.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and close membership sales, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing sales.
  • Conduct studio tours, addressing potential clients' needs and highlighting our unique offerings.
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting and checking in clients and prospects.
  • Book and confirm introductory classes, ensuring a seamless scheduling experience.
  • Maintain personal sales goals and contribute to achieving studio sales targets.
  • Participate in special events (e.g., health fairs, grand openings) to promote the studio and engage with the community.
  • Ensure the studio environment is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience is preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software systems.
  • Team player and culture builder
  • Passion for health, wellness, and helping others improve their quality of life.
