Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. This role is vital for maintaining efficient office operations and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, experience with office management, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with medical or dental offices, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace is highly desirable. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls appropriately
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Handle filing, document proofreading, and organization of office materials
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and other financial software
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and courtesy
- Support medical or dental office operations by managing appointment scheduling, patient records, and insurance documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficient workflow
- Support clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents as needed
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Strong computer skills including data entry, typing, and proofreading
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office setting preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Experience in medical or dental office environments is a plus, including familiarity with front desk operations and dental receptionist duties
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

Pay: $42,000.00-$69,500.00 per year
