    : We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization
  • IMPLEMENT
    : As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)

    : With our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing

YOUR MISSIONS

As an
IT Support Technician
, you will be an integral part of the Group's dedicated helpdesk, providing essential support, assistance, and ensuring the operational readiness of our global IT systems.

Your core responsibilities include:

  • Ensure operational readiness
    of all end-user environments.
  • Manage the complete hardware lifecycle, including
    onboarding and offboarding
    (PC preparation, delivery, and stock management).
  • Guarantee that all operating systems
    are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Provide technical assistance
    and targeted training to users across the organization.
  • Diagnose and resolve
    complex hardware and software IT malfunctions.
  • Manage user requests and incidents for entities in
    Canada and international locations ( USA, Europe, and other)
  • Write and maintain technical documentation
    for end-users

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for an autonomous, versatile support professional with a strong team ethic:

  • You have at least
    one prior experience
    in a similar IT support role.
  • You possess a strong interest in systems and applications.
  • You are comfortable and
    familiar with Apple and Mac environments
    .
  • You have proficiency in
    Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and Entra
    .
  • You possess foundational knowledge of
    networking concepts
    .
  • You are known for your
    analytical and synthesis skills
    , your ability to be
    autonomous and versatile
    , and your excellent
    communication, organizational, and team-spirit
    abilities.
  • You are eager to join a
    professional and supportive
    team committed to helping you grow your skills.
  • You are open to
    Occasional travel
    (approximately once every three months) to support international sites or specific projects.
  • This position is primarily based on-site to ensure effective support to your internal clients (our offices are located at 3280 Bloor St W, Etobicoke).
  • Occasional remote work may be possible, depending on operational needs.
