We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing & Administrative Coordinator. This position combines marketing and administrative responsibilities, ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and experience in online advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms
  • Develop and post engaging content to enhance clinic visibility and patient engagement
  • Monitor and analyze advertising performance metrics and provide regular reports
  • Manage front desk operations including patient scheduling, phone calls, and inquiries
  • Greet patients and ensure a professional and welcoming front office experience
  • Maintain organized patient records and assist with daily administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with management to implement marketing strategies and promotional initiatives

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or online advertising
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design or marketing tools
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is considered an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
