We're a locally owned hotel in Squamish looking for a reliable and guest-focused person to join our front desk team. This role includes both daytime front desk duties and occasional night audit shifts, helping ensure our guests have a smooth, welcoming stay from check-in to check-out.

Your day-to-day may include:

  • Greeting guests, checking them in and out, and assisting with reservations
  • Responding to questions and requests with a friendly, helpful attitude
  • Keeping guest accounts, payments, and reports accurate and organized
  • Sharing information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance for guest needs
  • Completing nightly audit procedures and daily balance reports when scheduled
  • Keeping the front desk and lobby clean and professional

What we're looking for:

  • Around 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service (required)
  • Clear communicator with strong people skills
  • Able to stay organized and calm during busy moments
  • Comfortable learning hotel systems and using computers
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Available for a mix of day, evening, and overnight shifts
