About Sartorial Wealth

Sartorial Wealth is a boutique cross-border wealth management firm serving successful individuals and families across Canada and the U.S. Led by a media-featured, award-winning Portfolio Manager, we combine high-touch client service with globally integrated financial planning, tax coordination, and investment management.

We are growing — and we are looking for an Associate – Business Development to help expand our client base, strengthen strategic relationships, and support the firm's revenue growth initiatives. This is a client-facing, relationship-building role suited for someone who enjoys connecting with people, understanding their financial needs, and supporting the advisory team throughout the sales cycle.

The Role

This is a hybrid business development and sales support position for someone with 2–4 years of experience in financial services, sales, or client-facing roles. You will work closely with the Portfolio Manager and advisors to manage inbound leads, run coordinated prospecting campaigns, support outreach efforts, nurture prospects, and help coordinate the client onboarding journey.

This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, curious about wealth management, and motivated by professional growth. You will be an important part of our revenue engine, helping ensure prospects and new clients receive exceptional, high-touch communication at every step.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads, conduct initial screening calls, and gather preliminary information
  • Support outbound prospecting efforts, including B2B and B2C outreach through email, messaging, and referral networks
  • Run, monitor, and maintain structured prospecting campaigns using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Build targeted prospect lists and support segmentation strategies for different client profiles
  • Manage CRM pipelines, update lead status, and maintain accurate data for tracking and reporting
  • Assist in scheduling discovery meetings, preparing pre-meeting materials, and ensuring advisors have the necessary context
  • Draft follow-up communications, summaries, and prospect notes after meetings
  • Help nurture leads over time through consistent outreach, coordinated touchpoints, and value-driven communication
  • Support marketing-led initiatives such as webinars, events, campaigns, and other lead-generating activities by coordinating follow-up and outreach
  • Work with the operations team to facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients
  • Assist prospects with forms, documentation, and pre-onboarding steps
  • Ensure timely follow-up during the transition from prospect to client
  • Track onboarding tasks, milestones, and client communication points
  • Serve as a friendly, reliable point of contact for clients during their early stages with the firm
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with referral partners, centers of influence, and professional networks
  • Support communication initiatives such as newsletters, check-ins, and event invitations
  • Contribute to building a consistent, structured prospect experience that reflects the firm's brand and values

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in financial services, sales, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source leads, qualify prospects, and manage outreach workflows
  • Ability to run and manage B2B and B2C prospecting campaigns, including messaging sequences and targeted outreach
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with prospects and clients
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales pipelines, and structured follow-up processes
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable learning financial concepts and communicating processes clearly
  • Ability to collaborate with advisors, operations, and marketing teams
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a boutique environment
  • Financial services industry experience is required
  • Securities licensing (e.g., CSC) is not required but considered a plus
