Administrative Assistant

Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Edmonton, AB
Duration: 3-month contract
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing various administrative activities.
Duties will include the following, but are not limited to:
- Previous government experience is an asset, including familiarity with Action Requests
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of OpenText (Livelink) and SharePoint is an asset
- Experience with digital signature platforms (Adobe Sign or Consigno) is an asset
- Strong keyboarding skills and ability to format business documents/correspondence
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
The work site will provide a laptop and other equipment as required.
Work hours are 8:15 to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday
- Standard Background check required. Proof of check may be required.
