  • Operate high‑volume scanners to digitize paper documents with accuracy and consistency
  • Prepare documents for scanning (sorting, removing staples, ensuring quality)
  • Upload scanned files to designated folders using a strict, predefined naming convention
  • Maintain an organized digital filing structure to ensure easy retrieval
  • Create and update an Excel log of all scanned documents, including file names, dates, and relevant metadata
  • Perform quality checks to verify clarity, completeness, and correct file naming
  • Handle confidential information securely and follow all data‑handling protocols
  • Communicate any issues with document quality, missing pages, or scanning errors to the supervisor
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a mail room or copy centre

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop business relationships
  • Strong self-motivation to drive results
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Effective use of Microsoft Office
