Position: Health Care Aide
Location: Edmonton
Responsibilities:
As a healthcare aide in this role, your primary responsibility will be to deliver compassionate and personalized care to our clients in Edmonton. Your duties may include:
Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Providing support with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Medication Management: Assisting with medication reminders and administration as necessary.
Companionship: Engaging in meaningful conversations, offering emotional support, and participating in activities that enhance our clients' well-being.
Meal Preparation: Preparing nutritious meals based on dietary requirements and preferences.
Transportation: Accompanying clients to appointments, social outings, or other engagements, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a healthcare aide working in homecare and healthcare aide certificate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient demeanour.
Reliable and punctual.
Tamil-speaking candidates will be preferred
Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
