ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The chosen candidate would be responsible for managing & coordinating daily activities and providing administrative support to all members of our team and executive support to partners.
Salary is negotiable based on experience.
Who are we?
We are a Chartered Accountants firm providing accounting and tax services to small medium-sized businesses in the GTA area.
Job responsibilities include:
· Office management
· IT basic support
· Management of social media/newsletters
· Administrative support to all members of the team
· Communication with CRA
· Executive assistance to partners
Skills required:
· Superior time management and multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, to work in high-pressure situations and respond to conflicting demands, changing priorities and tight deadlines with minimal supervision
· A professional, responsive, resourceful, flexible and positive work attitude is essential
· Self-starter who exhibits confidence, uses initiative and seeks opportunities to learn and improve
· Proficient with MS Office, knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting and tax software is an asset
· Proven previous experience as an Administrative Assistant working independently on the full range of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures.
