Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist located in Tillsonburg, ON. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls, receptionist duties, front office tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include answering and directing calls, greeting visitors, maintaining front desk security, and handling administrative responsibilities to support the team's operations.

Qualifications

  • Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Front Office management and Customer Service skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
