Duties:

- Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk

- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details

- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various tasks as needed

- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing invoices

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in computer systems and software used in veterinary clinics

- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment is a plus

We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while assisting with administrative tasks at the front desk. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the veterinary clinic.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting. They should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for providing high-quality care to animals.
