Veterinary Receptionist

Edwards Veterinary Services is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This is a full-time position with a well-established multi doctor practice located in Tillsonburg, Ontario.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and their pets.
- Record and maintain accurate and detailed client records.
- Answer phones professionally to book appointments.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming waiting area.
- Knowledge of Cornerstone is a plus

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of animal behavior and basic medical terminology.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software. (Slack and PetDesk is a plus)
- Willingness to work alternating weekends

Schedule:

- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Tuesday: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
