Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, support, and document all aspects of culinary and beverage development
  • Support the menu development process for multiple brands, ensuring technical accuracy
  • Track and communicate project milestones and deadlines
  • Collaborate across departments on culinary system initiatives
  • Maintain and verify the accuracy of costing models and recipe data
  • Ensure recipes adhere to style guidelines and are accurately reflected in inventory systems
  • Update culinary systems, user tools, and educational guides regularly
  • Prepare detailed reports for various departments
  • Act as a subject matter expert for menu development processes
  • Assist with special projects and flexible scheduling to support priority initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Excel skills
  • Post-secondary education in business, data management, or culinary fields
