Description
The Service Coordinator - Dispatch is responsible to deploy the technicians to different sites and task. They are the first point of contact with external customers dealing with different issues.

In a Typical Day, YOU Will
Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviours at all times, in support of Toromont's Health and Safety Policies, Programs and initiatives
Provide efficient, courteous and professional communication to internal, external Customers
Answers calls from customers both internal and external
Assist with coordinating of Customer Service Agreements (CSAs) through contract management software (EMT)
Assist other service depts. and colleague with scheduling equipment maintenance and repairs
Performs field technician dispatching, prioritizes workloads and service call schedule.
Proceeds with the opening, closing and invoicing of work orders.
Proceeds with the Pre-Approval process and follow through of COD work orders
Prepares and process purchase orders
Supports the supervisor and service managers as necessary
Expedite Warranty work orders through warranty coordinator
Must-haves For This Role
Post-Secondary Education with 2+ years' experience in a support/service operations position
Safety conscious and customer centric, organized and analytical with attention to detail and sense of urgency
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams at all levels
Ability to effectively adapt and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with competing priorities
Self-starter and flexible team player with efficient time-management, strong business acumen and high initiative
Independent with high integrity and proactive with problem solving
Team oriented and ability to deal with changing priorities
Strong computer skills and proficiencies working with Microsoft office
