We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current social media trends, the ability to develop and capture engaging content, and a passion for connecting with audiences to drive results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to grow and engage our partners' online presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok)
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written, etc.)
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies as neededto optimize results
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive social media strategy aligns with clients' overall marketing goals
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and platform updates to ensure theagency's social media strategies remain innovative and effective
  • Respond to and engage with audiences across social media channels, fosteringa positive community and nurturing partner relationships
  • Coordinate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for social media posts.
  • Develop and maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring deadlines aren't and content is consistently published.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within amarketing agency setting but not a deal breaker
  • Proven track record of growing and engaging social media audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants,and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projectssimultaneously
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with basic design principles and experience creating visually engaging content
