**The Role**:
Neo is looking for an experienced social media manager to building out a social media roadmap around for our organic channels. You'll play a pivotal role in creating content and managing posts though platform such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and others. As a social media manager, you will be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. As someone who is going to be responsible for Neo's social media presence, ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement is going to be key.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily through our organic social media channels
- Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews Oversee social media accounts such as Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.

**Who we are looking for**:

- 2+ years of proven work experience as a social media manager
- A degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Hands on experience with content creation and management
- Ability to deliver creative content on our social media platforms
- Knowledge of SEO, Keywork research and Google analytics
- Adaptable to new and fast-changing environments with a proven ability to succeed through ambiguity and stretch your potential
