**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and monitoring social media channels.
- Conduct research to identify trends and insights that inform content creation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate advertising campaigns with social media efforts.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to enhance visibility and reach.
- Proofread all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand voice.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital marketing.

**Social Media Experience**:

- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing content is a plus.
- Experience in digital marketing strategies including advertising on various platforms.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to conduct thorough research to inform content strategy.
- A passion for staying current with social media trends and best practices.

**DESIGN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Contribute to the ideas that are the foundation of small and large scale campaigns and immersive experiences
- Design and execute effective marketing and internal collateral
- Design and execute functional and beautiful websites and digital content, including any improvements in user experience
- Help maintain established processes and procedures to effectively manage projects
- Review and approval of printer proofs with assistance from Art Director and Studio Manager
- Recommend creative solutions and production efficiencies. Resolve issues relating to day to day work, and/or escalate to the Creative Lead when appropriate
- Adhere to project deadlines and briefs
- Adhere to and enforce visual consistency and brand standards across all communications and platforms, for multiple clients
- Contribute ideas and work with other creatives to ensure they come to fruition on mood boards, mocks, brainstorms and more
- Work to develop and maintain supportive relationships with all internal partners by meeting or exceeding expectations through collaboration
- Keep abreast of industry (graphic design) developments to share your knowledge and learn from your peers
- Assist the Creative staff in the delivery of creative projects to meet internal and external partner’s expectations

The role will vary from 6-12 hours a week. Timing of shifts will be dependent on the project timelines and your availability.

The workplace / environment is a professional home-office, with a peak of 2-3 people working at any given one - time. First steps are a short google meeting and then a paid, 1-1 working interview.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
