We’re looking for a **Social Media Manager** who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of innovative campaigns across multiple platforms. **What You’ll Do**:

- **Develop Innovative Social Media Strategies**: Lead the creation and execution of dynamic social media strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive engagement on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and YouTube.
- **Content Calendar Creation**: Plan, organize, and manage content calendars that align with both client goals and broader marketing strategies.
- **Content Production & Curation**: Collaborate with our creative team to produce high-quality content (text, images, videos, infographics) that captivates our audience and supports our clients’ brand objectives.
- **Community Engagement**: Build and nurture online communities, engaging directly with followers to foster meaningful interactions and discussions.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Analyze key metrics through tools like Hootsuite and Google Analytics to continuously refine strategies and improve performance.
- **Collaborate Across Teams**: Work closely with marketing, design, and video production teams to ensure cohesive and impactful content across all platforms.
- **Lead Video Shoots**: Organize and manage video shoots that bring your creative vision to life.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2-4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement.
- A proven track record of creating and executing successful social media strategies.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Expertise with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.) and a data-driven approach to optimizing content.
- A creative mindset with a passion for staying current on trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
