Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure our life insurance advisors are properly contracted with the insurance companies. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for making sure the advisors' compensation is set up and paid correctly. This position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience in office management to uphold efficiency and professionalism across all departments.

Duties

  • Use Apexa Contracting Software to complete contracting related tasks.
  • Handling all inquires related to contracting, licensing and compensation of our life insurance advisors.
  • Making sure Error and Ommisions Liability Insurance is inforce for all advisors contracted with our Managing General Agency.
  • Use Virtgate to keep our internal database up to date and properly organized.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned by management.
  • LLQP license is preferred but not required for this position.

This is a full time permanent position. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 9pm to 6pm with a 1 hour lunch. This is an in person position.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $39,322.16-$59,065.32 per year
