Position Overview
This is a hunter role focused on acquiring new business and building strong B2B relationships. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, self-driven, and experienced in working with corporate clients.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, L&D professionals, and decision-makers
- Present Berlitz's language and cross-cultural training solutions to potential clients
- Create tailored proposals and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful program implementation
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in education, training, or language services is an asset
