Exploits Home Hardware is seeking a sharp, independent Office Administrator to join our team. If you are a proactive problem solver who knows their way around a ledger and thrives in a busy retail office environment, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all daily and monthly entries with precision using Simply Accounting (Sage 50).
  • Independently troubleshoot account discrepancies, resolve vendor issues, and streamline office workflows.
  • Oversee all general office duties, including filing, phone inquiries, and supporting the management team.
  • Ensure all accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations are completed on schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Must have hands-on experience with Simply Accounting (Sage 50).
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and handle administrative challenges effectively.
  • Highly organized with a "get-it-done" attitude and strong attention to detail.
