Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our property management team and enhancing customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service requests for maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, including data entry and filing of documentation.
- Utilize company software for property management tasks, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible for admin.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support the team by providing administrative assistance and maintaining customer satisfaction during the designated shift hours.
- Implement effective phone etiquette while communicating the team members.
- Maintenance of household appliances will need to be done on occasion, fixing towel racks and other minor fixtures within the short-term rentals to ensure property is up to standard.
Experience
- Previous office experience with maintenance tasks preferred, with a focus on administrative support roles.
- Strong background in customer service with demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with clients/other team members.
- Proficiency in data entry, filing systems, and general office procedures is essential.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
