Weekend Property Operations Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Weekend Property Operations Assistant to join our team for Saturdays and Sundays from 11AM-4PM.
This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service within our organization. This role would be perfect for a student looking for part time or weekend work, or a young working professional. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Inventory runner and maintenance coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our property management team and enhancing customer and client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule service requests for maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
-Maintain accurate records of service requests from guests and admin team Utilize company software for property management tasks, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible for admin.
-Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
-Support the team by providing administrative assistance and maintaining customer satisfaction during the designated shift hours with delivery of supplies, repair appliances/fixtures/wifi troubleshooting.
-Maintenance of household appliances will need to be done on occasion, fixing towel racks and other minor fixtures within the short-term rentals to ensure property is up to standard.
Experience:
- Previous office experience with maintenance tasks preferred, with a focus on administrative support roles.
-Strong background in customer service with demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with clients/other team members.
-Ability to problem solve independently and efficiently.
-The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with professional phone etiquette.
