Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Property Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role has a strong focus on leasing, property oversight, and tenant relations. You'll work closely with the company owner and be directly involved in the day-to-day operations of our portfolio. Key Responsibilities Answer and respond to phone and email inquiries promptly. Manage all aspects of the leasing process — including showings, tenant screening, and lease preparation. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with tenants and vendors. Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with Alberta housing regulations. Maintain detailed records and documentation for all properties. Utilize Buildium property management software to stay organized and efficient. Travel as needed within Airdrie, Calgary, and surrounding areas. Qualifications Active Property Management License in Alberta (required). or getting it soon. Previous experience in property management or leasing or real estate admin. Familiarity with Buildium software is a strong asset. Exceptional organization and multi-tasking abilities. Professional communication and customer service skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with the team.
