Positions Available:

  • Line Cook : 2-3 Positions

Must be located in Canada with a valid work authorization to be eligible for these roles. This is a position for the Back of the House working in the Kitchen.

Executive Chef (Indian Cuisine) Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Indian cuisine.
  • Demonstrable expertise in a wide range of Indian dishes (Biryani's, Appetizer's, Main Course, Desserts)
  • Proven ability to manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, costing, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully training, mentoring, and motivating a diverse culinary team.
  • Must adhere to strict health and safety protocols and ensure kitchen is up to standards at all times.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, essential for managing a high-volume kitchen.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, adapting to the demands of a dynamic restaurant environment.
