Overview

We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to join our front office team. We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills who can create a welcoming environment for our patients. Candidates do not require any medical or chiropractic qualifications.

Duties

  • Warmly welcome patients as they arrive for their appointment
  • Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments
  • Collect patient payment
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Maintain a neat and tidy clinic environment
  • Assist with general administrative duties

Skills

  • Familiarity with Jane Clinic Software (preferred, but not required)
  • Excellent front desk management skills
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong multitasking abilities
