The ideal Patient Care Coordinator for our team will be highly motivated to facilitate the patient's office experience in being seamless and ensure the patient leaves well informed and prepared for their next appointment.

SCHEDULE:

  • 32+ hours a week
  • Days, evenings and weekends

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is considered an asset
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
