**Overview**
Currently, we are looking for an experienced Patient Care Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year experience, who presents confidence with a smile, high professional standards and the ability to manage in a busy dental office. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience as they navigate their dental journey.

**Duties**
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly professional manner
- Manage patient appointments by scheduling and confirming appointments
- Submitting claims to insurances and preparing forms when necessary
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries
- Verify insurance details
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Process payments

**Requirements**:

- Must have 1+ year(s) of working experience in an Administrative Dental roll
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Strong communication skill, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Attention to details and positive attitude
- Organized with great time management skills

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
