Duties
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the dental office
- Collect and update patient information in electronic medical records
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette and respond to patient inquiries
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology and electronic dental records systems such as Tracker
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computer skills, including Tracker and Microsoft Office Suite

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties and requirements. The Patient Care Coordinator may be required to perform additional tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the dental office.

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
